The "Hair" and "Hood" groups can be used to toggle different options for those. Unchecking all options will leave nude model.
Unchecking the option in SFM2 will remove that part of her outfit. The model has named body groups for each part of her outfit. You have to manually rotate the upper and lower leg bones a bit before applying the rig. The Auto-Attach Rig won't work on the base pose of the model.
